So this week’s 5QFF comes from one of my Tribe. Olivia Pitt, or Liv (to me).

I especially saved her responses for today in order to coincide with the upcoming launch of her coaching buisness ‘Olivia Pitt Coaching‘ on March 24th. A date which as well as being the launch date for a business, also holds another special significance for her. It’s her birthdaaaaaaaay! Whoops! Hope I wasn’t supposed to keep that a secret ; )

Introduce yourself: who are you, what do you do, and why is it important?

Olivia Pitt, a Life Coach for plus sized women.  It’s important to me that plus sized women feel confident in the skin that they’re in, love and accept themselves, and go after what they want in life.

What is your most valuable skill?

Being able to create an environment where people feel at ease very quickly.

Describe a tool, technique or practice that makes a difference to your work

Asking powerful questions as a Coach, and allowing space for my clients to reflect and respond, makes a huge difference to my work.  Introspection reveals so much about ourselves.

It’s important to have the right mindset when it comes to approaching things outside of our comfort zone. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by what you discover about yourself!

What advice do you most need to hear?

Remember your worth and be unapologetic about stating it.

I embrace who I am, unapologetically, whilst maintaining a teachable spirit that allows me to be open to improve.

Suggest an endearing and humorous question for question number five and answer it.

If you had to spend a week eating the same thing for breakfast, lunch and dinner, what would it be?

Cheesy mashed potatoes! Get it in my tummy now!
